Product Description: DHC Heme Iron supplement contains an organic form of iron, known as heme iron, which is more easily absorbed by the body compared to non-organic iron. On average, the human body absorbs between 7% and 35% of heme iron from food, while absorption for regular (non-organic) iron ranges from 2% to 20%. In addition to heme iron, this supplement includes Vitamin B12 and folic acid, which are essential for proper blood formation and help combat anemia. Women, in particular, often lack iron due to various factors. Iron, Vitamin B12, and folic acid are crucial for red blood cell production.

Key Functions of Iron:
