IAU Cell Care 1 is the first step in the Lebel 5-step salon treatment system, designed to build the hair's internal moisture structure using a unique bound water approach. This product focuses on hydrating both the scalp and hair at the foundational level to enhance water retention and elasticity. It provides the base layer for further restorative treatments in Steps 2 through 5.

How to Use:
