The composition includes natural lipid 18 MEA, 13 types of plant oils, type 2 ceramides, and fullerene, which collectively help retain moisture in the hair. The TOKIO 4S formula creates a protective barrier on the hair surface.
18 MEA: Vegetamide 18 MEA consists of a complex of plant (pea) peptides. It has a structure that restores the hair's barrier function and improves its structure. It imparts strength, shine, and silkiness to the hair.
Fullerenes: These are special "traps" for free radicals and powerful antioxidants that prevent oxidation in the hair, thereby preventing color loss.
Type 2 Ceramides: Ceramides are structural lipids that perform crucial protective functions. They ensure the tight adhesion of cells in the hair's outer protective layer (cuticle), safeguarding them from various external damaging factors and enhancing the hair's smoothness, shine, and volume.
More than 80% of the lipids in the hair are type 2 ceramides, capable of retaining moisture by creating a barrier on the hair surface.
