Active Medicines
Each dosing set contains:
- Takecab 20 (vonoprazan fumarate) – an acid-suppressing potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB)
- Clarithromycin 200 mg – a macrolide antibiotic
- Amoxicillin 250 mg – a penicillin-type antibiotic
The combination is designed to suppress gastric acid while using two antibiotics as part of an H. pylori eradication regimen.
Intended Use
Vonosap Pack 400 is used for the eradication of H. pylori, a bacterium associated with certain gastric conditions, including peptic ulcer disease and other H. pylori-related disorders.
